Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge of a .net language (C#, VB.net) - Able to independently build windows forms/WPF applications
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, SPI, SCPI, CAN, and other automotive/Industrial protocols
- Electronics/Electrical knowledge supporting EV testing
- Working with version control systems
- Perform unit tests and debug own code
- Educated to Degree Level (Electronics, Computer Science, Maths with Computing)
- A full UK Driving License (clean record) - essential
Responsibilities
- Creating and documenting requirements
- Carrying out updates on existing codebase
- Creating new software products
- Creating test plans, implementing and documenting results
- Supporting colleagues with advice and sharing of knowledge
- Engaging in periodic travel to other UK sites, USA, Europe, and China
- Versioning & storing source code in accordance with company management systems (GIT)

We are Blue Arrow, urgently recruiting for a Software Engineer to join our clients growing Automotive Manufacturing team based in the Llanelli area. This is a permanent position with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, working 37 hours a week. We expect some travel, including infrequent trips to Cannock in the West Midlands and Germany.
