Requirements
Must:

- Up to 3 years of technical client services experience, ideally in financial services.
- A demonstrated interest in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, and/or systems information.
- Ability and desire to provide outstanding customer service to clients through live, interactive media (e.g., video calls, phone, messaging).
- A desire to develop skills and experience in customer service within a fast-moving FinTech environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a larger global team.
- A passion for continuous learning across various areas (i.e., technology, financial markets).
- Ability to learn new technologies on the job and absorb new information quickly.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A basic understanding of market data and associated financial instruments.
- Awareness of data management, privacy, and network connectivity.
- A basic conceptual understanding of Web Services and REST APIs.
- Ability to work within highly connected and software-based systems.
- Fluency in French and Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities
As part of the Enterprise Services Entry-level Technical Program, my role is to provide superb customer service to a diverse range of clients. I will focus on gaining a deep understanding of Bloomberg's numerous Enterprise Product offerings while assisting clients in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Financial Services. My responsibilities will include addressing various inquiries related to Bloomberg Data, Connectivity, Integration, and Real-Time market data. Additionally, I will engage with clients to understand their software and data needs within their workflows and evolving business objectives.
During this role, I will tackle complex client challenges, perform thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes, and escalate issues to other technical groups as necessary. My commitment to delivering excellent customer service is essential as the face of Bloomberg’s Enterprise Data Business.
