Requirements
Must:
We require a strategic technologist with at least 8 years of experience in designing and delivering production systems at scale. You should have expertise in modern backend architectures, particularly Node.js, Python, and Go, and fluency with frontend ecosystems like React and TypeScript. You must possess deep experience with cloud-native infrastructure, including Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and Flux. A strong grasp of security, observability, and operational excellence is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to influence and guide without formal authority, as well as a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define and drive the architectural vision across multiple engineering teams. You will guide system design for complex, cloud-native, containerized environments, and own the evolution of our data model and processing platforms. It's your responsibility to embed best practices in observability, security, and testing across the organization, while anticipating dependencies and unblocking teams before issues arise. You will partner with product and business leaders to align technology with our strategic goals, mentor engineers and technical leads, lead incident reviews, and facilitate architectural forums and cross-team technical discussions. Maintaining clarity through great documentation and transparent communication will also be a key focus.
