Requirements
Must:
We are looking for Python Software Engineers with at least 4 years of professional experience. You should be strong with REST APIs, async patterns, and modern Python libraries. A confident understanding of SQL and working with relational databases at scale is essential. Experience in high-paced environments, particularly in SaaS or fintech, is preferred. We value a pragmatic mindset, clean code, clear thinking, and a focus on delivery.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and build backend APIs and services using Python 3. You will create clean, scalable systems that power our platform and internal tools. Collaboration will be key, as you will work with product and operations teams to deliver robust, user-focused solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to technical design, participate in code reviews, and help shape system architecture.

We are a fast-moving, product-led engineering team in the fintech space, currently in a growth phase following our Series C funding. Our team is composed of ex-Barclays, BlueCrest, and Blackrock professionals. We use a modern Python stack including FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic to build scalable APIs and reliable backend architecture.
