We are seeking a full-stack engineering professional (or nearly there) who is comfortable deploying into production and engaging with both code and real-world users. You should have a proven ability to translate messy business problems into clean technical solutions and have successfully shipped projects that improved key metrics. Collaboration with non-technical colleagues is essential; you should excel at turning complex concepts into accessible workflows. A passion for joining a company from 0 to 1, scaling rapidly, and playing a significant role in our journey is vital.
Responsibilities
As a Founding Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will work side-by-side with top talent from leading organizations like Meta, Revolut, and Scale AI. Your primary focus will be to engage with stakeholders ranging from executives to developers, build systems that facilitate speedy insurer onboarding, and deliver meaningful insights and reporting from day one. You will thrive in an environment of ambiguity and chaos, moving quickly, iterating hard, and learning even faster.
