Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in building distributed systems at scale
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical team members
- Proficiency in Python or GoLang
- [Bonus] Experience working in early-stage startups or as a founding engineer
- [Bonus] Experience with WebRTC, real-time systems, or AI deployment
Responsibilities
- Architect and build the systems that power our AI personas, working across the entire stack
- Design real-time communication systems and optimize our AI pipeline
- Ensure our infrastructure can scale to millions of users
- Work closely with the Research team to deploy and optimize AI models in production
- As an early hire, influence our technical direction and help shape the engineering culture
Description
We are an exciting startup on a mission to humanize technology by developing real-time AI personas that feel as natural as interacting with a human. With our Series A announcement just a few months away, we are looking to expand our team to meet growing demand. Our vision is to build the next computer interface that aligns with how we have communicated throughout history. We can offer a salary of up to £150k, equity options, and flexibility to work from London or fully remotely, with the capability to sponsor UK-based candidates.
