Requirements
Must:

- Ability to support requirements gathering through interviews and workshops
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Basic understanding of process mapping
- Ability to lead small or low-complexity projects
- Competent in maintaining project documentation and governance
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Provide structured project coordination supporting the IT Project Manager
- Maintain project artefacts including RAID logs, action logs, and status reports
- Assist with impact assessments and ensure project deliverables are clearly defined
- Arrange and support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
- Take accurate minutes and track actions to completion
- Provide administrative and communication support across the IT project portfolio
- Lead small or low-complexity projects or workstreams ensuring delivery against scope and timelines

This full-time position is on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a competitive salary of up to £38,535 per annum.
