Requirements
Must:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience delivering Power Platform and Power BI training courses
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps), and extensive knowledge of Power BI DAX
- Experience with Power BI Service, Workspaces, Power BI Personal Gateways, and Dashboard creation and sharing
- Knowledge of Power BI Queries Editor, Table Relationships, and Calculated Columns
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and M365 Security Groups
- Prior knowledge of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence
- Power Platform Admin Centre experience and managing environments
- Understanding of Power BI licensing and offerings, including dashboards, reports, data models, and paginated reports
- Consultancy delivery experience and grasp of architecture principles, promoting low-code solutions
- Outstanding presentation skills with an emphasis on showing the art of the possible
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and high level of organizational, communication, and influencing ability
- Full UK Driving License is essential due to position travel requirements
- Desired Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Copilot, Purview, form scripting (Web resources, JavaScript, HTML, JSON), Microsoft SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging Power Platform and Power BI training sessions (beginner to advanced) for end-users, administrators, and business users
- Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, PowerPoint presentations, and video tutorials
- Conduct face-to-face (onsite at client locations) and virtual training sessions
- Work with teams to assess training needs and customize learning programs to align with organizational goals
- Gather feedback after training sessions to adjust content or delivery methods accordingly
- Provide post-training support by answering user queries, resolving issues, and offering troubleshooting assistance
- Create and maintain FAQs and self-help resources for ongoing user education
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback and measuring learner success
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training methodologies and deliver effective learning experiences
