Requirements
Must:
- 3 years technical experience within a similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident IT skills
- Warranty/technical support or helpdesk experience is desirable
- Engineering background
- Problem-solving skills
- Client-focused
Responsibilities
- Liaise with commercial customers on warranty claims
- Collate and verify all information on claims
- Liaise with engineers, quality, service technicians, and other key internal stakeholders
- Deal with queries from dealer network and customers (phone calls/emails/portals)
- Train internal staff and dealer network occasionally on warranty system and processes
- Provide advice to Technical and Parts Helpdesk on warranty issues
