Requirements
Must:
- Minimum three years experience developing in Dynamics CE / CRM environments
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Proficient in PowerFX, oData, JavaScript
- Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server
- Experience with application lifecycle management and deployments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Desirable: ITIL v4, PRINCE2, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience leading ERP or enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal expert for Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions
- Build intuitive interfaces and interactive dashboards to improve insights and user experience
- Manage environments, workspaces, and platforms such as SharePoint and Dataverse
- Produce technical documentation and support teams in maintaining solutions
- Advise on licensing, governance, and best practice
- Mentor junior developers and support capability growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support digital transformation initiatives
