Requirements
Must:
- 5 years hands-on Appian experience (7 years IT experience)
- Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3)
- Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and security
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or source control (desirable)
- Experience in regulated or data-sensitive sectors (desirable)
- Knowledge of AI/intelligent automation within Appian (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Appian solutions
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications
- Set and uphold development standards and best practices
- Mentor and coach Appian developers, building team capability
- Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across projects
Description
We are a leading organization looking for a Lead Appian Consultant to join our team. In this senior role, you will provide technical leadership, hands-on Appian development, and team mentorship while delivering scalable and high-quality Appian solutions across multiple internal initiatives.
