Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT technical support or software support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and/or VoIP / SaaS solutions (ideal but not essential)
- Good all-round understanding of office IT and networks
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is advantageous
- Hard-working, proactive, and keen to develop in a growing business
- A natural communicator who enjoys helping customers
Responsibilities
- Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting cloud-based software and collaboration tools
- Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Teams, VoIP and SaaS platforms
- Assisting with general office network and user support
- Building strong relationships with customers through clear, friendly communication
- Working closely with senior engineers and escalating where appropriate
- Developing your skills within a growing managed services environment
