Requirements
Must:
- Proven IT support or infrastructure experience (SME preferred)
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Windows Server knowledge
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPN)
- Confident supporting non-technical users
- Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience (desirable)
- UniFi networking experience (desirable)
- PowerShell scripting (desirable)
- Exposure to IT security frameworks or audits (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to users
- Support and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
- Manage Microsoft 365 user administration
- Maintain networks, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
- Support endpoint deployment, patching, and asset management
- Assist with cybersecurity controls, audits, and documentation
- Liaise with third-party IT and telecoms providers
- Support ERP/NAV user access and connectivity (desirable)
