Requirements
Must:
- Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET in production environments
- Experience working with Azure cloud services, including databases and messaging technologies
- Hands-on experience with containerised applications and Kubernetes
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Confidence contributing to technical discussions and influencing decisions
- A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
- The ability to take ownership of work while supporting others where needed
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing robust, scalable applications using C# and .NET
- Translating high-level requirements into practical, well-structured technical solutions
- Building and enhancing APIs, services, and data layers across modern cloud environments
- Working with Azure services, including databases and messaging platforms, to deliver performant and resilient systems
- Contributing to containerisation and deployment using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Supporting the implementation of monitoring and observability solutions
- Writing clean, maintainable code and contributing to code reviews and best practices
- Collaborating closely with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Identifying areas for improvement, including technical debt and optimisation opportunities
