Must:

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering value
Nice to have:
- Experience working with cloud-based or SaaS platforms
- Exposure to technical environments (e.g. APIs, data flows, system integrations)
- Experience within complex or regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives
- Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Supporting solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimisation
- Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
- Supporting testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Maintaining clear and structured documentation across projects
