Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for solid, hands-on knowledge of commercial dishwashers, washing machines, and/or chemical dosing systems.
- Experience with Seko, Brightwell, or BrightLogic is a strong advantage.
- We need proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely by phone and video call.
- We are looking for someone who can translate complex technical detail into clear, practical guidance.
- Fluency in English is required.
- You should be a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly with busy hospitality customers and colleagues.
- We value practical, self-motivated people who are comfortable with hands-on problem-solving.
- Experience in hospitality, hygiene, field engineering, technical helpdesk, or service support is a bonus.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- We are seeking someone committed to building a long-term career in a growing business.

Responsibilities
- We provide first-line technical support to customers, field engineers, and account managers.
- We diagnose and resolve faults remotely via phone and video call.
- We support equipment troubleshooting for commercial dishwashers, laundry machines, and chemical dosing systems.
- We guide customers through dosing rate adjustments, water pressure issues, wiring queries, and equipment programming.
- We act as a technical reference point for engineers and account managers on site.
- We locate and share wiring diagrams, manuals, and dosing set-up information quickly.
- We provide online technical support to international customers.
- We support laundry installation guidance and BrightLogic software set-up.
- We stay up to date as new equipment and software are introduced.
- We share recurring fault patterns and customer insights with engineering, product, and account management teams.

This is an in-person position based from our offices, and it offers a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per year.
