Senior Application Support Analyst

We are a growing SaaS company in the utilities sector seeking a Senior Support Analyst for our collaborative, tech-focused team. In this role, you won’t just sit in the background; you will manage escalations, investigate bugs, support UAT feedback, and provide valuable insights into testing and development. Your communication with developers, test leads, and users will help shape our product roadmap. You will thrive in this position if you are curious, collaborative, and enjoy working in environments where quality matters. While experience in the utilities or energy sector, along with exposure to software testing, UAT processes, or writing user documentation would be beneficial, we prioritize a mindset focused on detail, ownership, and continuous improvement. We offer a salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits, with a primarily remote work setup and a requirement to be in the office two days per month.
