Requirements
Must:
- At least 12 months experience of IT support
- Excellent user/customer engagement skills
- Experience of supporting Microsoft packages
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Active Directory
- Previous project and project coordination experience
- Ability to work well under pressure to strict deadlines
- ITIL awareness
- Hold a full UK driving license
Responsibilities
- Be the key point of contact for IT support and project delivery to end users across various sites
- Manage IT incidents and escalations effectively
- Oversee IT service delivery and project delivery
- Handle a variety of projects including new site setups and technology installations
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, MS Project, and other business applications
- Provide technical assistance and support to all end users
- Participate in training as provided to improve skills and knowledge
