Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Azure, O365, Defender, Intune, SharePoint
- Proficient in Windows Server, SQL, Azure AD, Hyper-V
- Solid networking fundamentals including LAN/WAN, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Strong Windows environment support experience
- Excellent understanding of MS Windows Applications, Email, Hardware, and Software
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
Responsibilities
- Work on diverse infrastructure projects covering a wide range of technologies
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies
- Maintain existing IT systems and infrastructure
- Act as a support escalation when required
- Collaborate with a dynamic team in a supportive culture
- Participate in ongoing training to further develop IT skills
