IT Support Analyst

We are a multi-brand organisation seeking a proactive and solutions-focused IT Support Analyst who is keen to work in an autonomous support role and make a real impact on our IT function. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on support with the chance to contribute to systems analysis and process improvement, with long-term progression into areas like systems administration, implementation, or IT projects. You’ll be joining a close-knit IT team that delivers exceptional service across a group of brands. Initially, this role is based in Bradford, working 5 days a week, reducing to a hybrid model after the first 3 months. The salary for this position is up to £40k, depending on experience.
