Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in delivering large-scale IT or BPO transitions in complex environments. You should have a strong understanding of contract exits, legal considerations, and multi-supplier ecosystems. The ability to map, analyze, and restructure complicated IT and operational landscapes is essential. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate leadership, resilience, and influential communication skills, especially in politically sensitive or high-pressure settings.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end transition and exit from a major outsourced IT services contract. You will be responsible for the migration of services, platforms, data, people, and processes into new providers or in-house teams. You will ensure alignment and governance across multiple technology suppliers and maintain contractual, commercial, and operational compliance throughout every transition phase. Furthermore, you will direct senior stakeholders to ensure clarity, continuity, and challenge at every step.
