Requirements

Responsibilities
As a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager, you will take full ownership of our IT support function. You will lead the design and build of an end-to-end IT support function for a well-known name in UK retail. This is a pivotal moment for our organization as we are ready to modernize our IT support offerings and elevate our customer-facing services. You will have the autonomy to set the agenda, define the structure, and choose the support tooling. Your role will involve connecting support teams and third parties by establishing modern processes, navigating a data-heavy application landscape, and championing change within IT support.
Description
This position is based in Solihull, with a hybrid working model expected (3 days onsite) and a salary range of £65,000–£75,000.
