Responsibilities
As a seasoned IT Service Manager, I will take full ownership of the IT support function. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and build of an end-to-end IT support system for a well-known name in UK retail. I will be joining the organization at a pivotal moment as we modernize our IT support offering and elevate our customer-facing services.
I will have the freedom to set the agenda, define the structure, and choose the support tooling. My role will involve connecting support teams and third parties through the establishment of modern processes, navigating a data-heavy application landscape, and championing change within IT support.
Description
This role is based in Birmingham, with hybrid working options available. The salary is up to £85,000 depending on experience.
