Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Python or other programming languages for scripting & automation.
- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to dashboard/reporting solutions using PowerBI or equivalent.
- Experience in the bioscience sector is advantageous, particularly with LIMS; however, candidates with experience in similar environments or ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
- Basic Linux systems administration skills at the command line, including editors, shell scripting, and file management.
Responsibilities
As a Developer, I will welcome you to our technology department, where you will be pivotal in contributing to world health. Your role will involve creating connections between our clients' commercial Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and their internal software platforms. You will be designing workflows and interfaces to facilitate seamless data exchange while working within a well-established development team. Collaboration and support among our dynamic and like-minded individuals are at the core of our culture.
Description
Our office is located in Milton Keynes, and this position requires you to be in the office four days a week. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000, along with 26 days of holiday, increasing by two days every two years until reaching a maximum of 40 days. Additionally, we provide a pension plan with contributions of 5% to 6% or 8% to 12%.
