Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies
- Proficient in Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Entra
- Knowledge of SSO and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with SQL Server in IaaS/PaaS environments
- Skills in application installation, configuration, upgrades, and security patching
- Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Understanding of change control and governance processes
Responsibilities
- Administer and support business applications running on Microsoft technologies
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved
- Support the installation, configuration, and rollout of new applications
- Monitor applications, apply updates and security patches, and manage planned changes
- Log and present change requests at weekly change boards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on BAU and project-based work
Description
