Requirements
Must:
- Experience providing IT support in a Windows based environment
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Windows Applications, Email, Hardware and Software
- Confidence with technologies such as Azure, O365, Defender, Intune, SharePoint
- Understanding of Windows Server, SQL, Azure AD, Hyper-V
- Solid networking fundamentals – LAN/WAN, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of security best practices and their importance
- Ability to learn new skills quickly and effectively
Responsibilities
- Work on broad ranging infrastructure projects across multiple sites in the UK
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies
- Maintain existing IT systems and infrastructure
- Act as a support escalation point when required
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals in a supportive culture
- Participate in ongoing training to further develop IT career prospects
