Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years experience in 1st/2nd line IT support
- Experience with Windows Desktop OS (Registry, Services, Group Policy, MDM)
- Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VMware
- Understanding of Event Viewer and PowerShell
- Networking fundamentals - routing, switching, firewalls, Wi-Fi
- Experience with Mac, Android, iOS, and printer troubleshooting
- Comfortable working in varied environments and adapting quickly
- Strong communication skills with a focus on diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn, progress, and contribute ideas

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support across desktop, server, and cloud environments
- Handle a mix of self-selected and allocated support tickets

- Occasionally travel to client sites as required (full license and car is desirable)
Description
We are a small Managed Service Provider (MSP) located in Stratford upon Avon, dedicated to providing IT support to over 40 clients across the UK. Our user bases range from 5 to 400 users. We offer a permanent opportunity with a salary between £30,000-£35,000 and a discretionary company bonus scheme.
