Backend Engineer (Node.js / AWS)

We are a well-known retail brand investing heavily in our technology platform, currently undertaking a major ecommerce re-platform to Shopify. As part of this transformation, we are building a modern integration layer that connects multiple systems and services across our business. Our team encourages learning, experimentation, and the sharing of ideas, providing engineers with real ownership and the opportunity to influence architecture and technical direction. The role is based in either Leamington Spa or Desborough, requiring 1 day per week in-office.
