Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of three years' experience as a Software Developer.
- Solid experience working with web applications is essential.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript is a must.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
- Experience with C# is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile environment is necessary.
- Understanding of Azure DevOps is important.
- I need you to have experience with unit testing using Jest.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and GIT version control is essential.
- I am looking for a strong problem solver with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
- You should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and feel comfortable working on your own initiative.
- I value someone who is happy to share technical knowledge with team members and junior members of the team.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will design and develop software to a high standard, adhering to our company guidelines and procedures to ensure reliability.
- You will work on full stack development, with a strong emphasis on front end development, identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks (e.g., lazy loading, bundling, and code splitting).
- Your focus will be on optimizing web applications for speed, performance, and scalability, with front end work involving React and TypeScript, and back end work in C#.
- You will participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (using Jest and similar frameworks) will be part of your duties.
- You are expected to deliver features on time as committed in sprint or project planning.
- Supporting the Team Leader and mentoring Junior Developers will also be key aspects of your role.
