Requirements
Must:
- Degree educated, ideally in Maths, Science, or a similar field
- Professional working experience in administration and customer service
- Proficient in Word, Excel (with strong Excel skills), and Outlook
- Comfortable using Teams for communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Quick learner who enjoys acquiring new skills
Responsibilities
- Validate and investigate data as required
- Review and arrange jobs for Engineers
- Handle supplier and customer queries effectively
- Arrange delivery of equipment and communicate changes to customers
- Utilize various in-house systems, Excel, and Word for data analysis
- Communicate primarily through email and participate in team meetings
