Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Telecoms Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications and VoIP. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in deploying and programming cloud phone systems
- Experience in installing CAT cabling, including fault diagnostics
- A good understanding of VoIP technology
- Knowledge of the installation and diagnostics of routers, Wi-Fi access points, and managed switches
- A solid understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, and familiarity with the OSI model for fault finding on local and remote networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to work at height when required
- A full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining a variety of Hosted and Fixed telephone systems throughout the UK. This position involves daily interaction with customers, which requires excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. You will also spend some time in our office on the support desk, enhancing our customers' experience by exceeding their expectations and adhering to our best practices.
