We are looking for someone who is presentable and confident when speaking to customers. A keen interest in IT is essential, along with a methodical and organized approach to work. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding the functionality of our Time & Attendance (T&A) software, triaging support issues as they are reported, updating support tickets raised by customers, and troubleshooting issues reported by our customers.

This role is for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions, with over 400 customers across the UK. The position will be based at our head office in Letchworth Garden City, and the successful candidate will work full-time on-site. The salary for this role is between £25,000 and £30,000.
