Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong Excel skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Attention to detail is a must, along with a logical and methodical approach to work. Experience in creating reports or queries using SQL is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need your help to produce monthly performance reports for senior leadership. You will collect, clean, and consolidate data from various sources, including ERP systems, to analyze data sets for trends, issues, and opportunities. It will be essential to monitor and maintain data accuracy and quality while supporting and improving our reporting processes and tools. I want you to assist departments in utilizing data more effectively in their decision-making processes. Additionally, you'll work with managers to introduce new performance-tracking methods, review existing reporting streams, and recommend improvements. Sharing best practices for data handling and reporting will be key, as well as carrying out any additional duties as required by the Operations Manager or Directors.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us turn business data into meaningful insights that enhance our understanding of performance across sales, manufacturing, and operations. This will enable us to make smarter decisions and focus on continuous improvement. The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. We offer a company pension scheme with contributions of 3% from the employer and 5% from the employee, as well as eligibility for private healthcare after a certain period of employment.
