Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience working in social housing or local authority maintenance. You should have the capability to service and install a range of Door Entry, Warden Call, Automatic Door/Gate systems, and CCTV systems. A background with at least one or more of the following manufacturers is necessary: ISM, GDX, ENTROTEC, SML, PAC, KMS, RECRD, GEZE, GALAXY, TEXECOM. A full UK driving licence is required, and you should live within a commutable distance of Westminster, London.
Responsibilities
As an Access Control Engineer, you will work throughout Westminster and the surrounding areas. Your role will involve providing building support services alongside a reputable team. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of various access control systems.
Description
We are a well-established and respected provider of building support services with over four decades of experience, serving a diverse client base that includes local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts, and private sector clients. We offer a competitive salary of up to £42,000 depending on experience, working hours of 5 hours per day from Monday to Friday (08:00 am - 5:00 pm) with an unpaid lunch break. Additional benefits include overtime, 21 days of holiday increasing with service, a pension scheme, an employee assistance programme, life insurance, employee referral scheme, staff discounts, and the provision of a company van, mobile phone, and uniform (private use of the van is not allowed).
