Requirements
Must:
- 3rd line support experience
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- MSP experience is essential
- Networking knowledge, focusing on Ubiquiti Unifi & Mikrotik
- Windows Server expertise including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Hyper-V/VMware
- Microsoft 365 & Azure administration, migrations, security best practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux
- Experience with PSA & RMM tools such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar
- Cyber security awareness including patching, MFA, and endpoint protection
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate closely with the team, fostering a culture of shared learning and improvement
- Resolve complex IT issues across networking, servers, cloud, and security
- Maintain and improve IT systems proactively
- Implement IT projects including cloud migrations and security enhancements
- Ensure compliance and uphold cyber security best practices
