Requirements
Must:
- A good understanding of computers, software, and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Log, manage, and resolve IT support tickets.
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and user accounts.
- Use remote tools to troubleshoot issues.
- Give clear, helpful advice to users of all technical levels.
- Keep users updated and maintain ownership of open tickets.
- Follow service desk processes and meet response times.
- Support monitoring of IT systems and escalate issues when required.
Description
We are currently seeking a 1st Line Support Assistant to join our NHS client on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If this role interests you, please apply with your most up-to-date CV as soon as possible.
