Technical Business Analyst

We are a fast-growing service provider operating in a highly regulated industry, which requires continual process and system changes in response to regulatory or legislative updates. Our recent growth has led us to develop a suite of internally created IT applications that enhance our compliance, efficiency, and customer service capabilities. You’ll be reporting to the Senior Management Team and will play a critical role in facilitating internal changes through the change management process. This mixed role combines both Business Analysis and Delivery Manager skills, making it essential for you to bridge the gap between various business departments and the IT development team. You will prioritize changes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of changes, helping us maintain our commitment to providing first-class service to customers.
