Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a highly confident, self-disciplined, and autonomous individual. You should be able to adapt to changing priorities and project/stakeholder requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level is required, and basic SQL skills would be a bonus. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Jira would also be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this mixed role combining Business Analysis and Delivery Manager skills, you will report to our Senior Management Team and facilitate internal changes following our change management process. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and collaborating with internal teams.
- Capturing, understanding, and analyzing requirements while producing functional specifications based on change requests.
- Ensuring documents and analytical work meet stakeholder expectations.
- Maintaining effective communication of information.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential problems.
- Performing effective handovers of specifications to the IT development team, software testing teams, and relevant internal or external individuals.
- Keeping all management and stakeholders informed of progress and any significant issues.
- Managing version control in all aspects of analysis and design output.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
- Delivering projects as part of a stakeholder-led project team, managing scope, dependencies, risks, timelines, and resources.
- Managing internal changes assigned to ensure successful delivery on time.
