Junior IT Support Analyst

- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via our online ticketing system. - Work alongside the IT Servicedesk Lead to manage service requests, incidents, and changes in the ticketing system. - Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues for end users on site and remotely. - Escalate complex issues to next-level engineers when necessary, providing clear context and information. - Assist with user account management, including password resets, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes. - Follow defined procedures and knowledge base articles to deliver consistent support. - Maintain detailed and accurate engineering notes on internal systems. - Deliver solutions in a friendly, approachable, and helpful manner. - Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
