Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in data cleansing and management techniques
- Familiarity with reporting tools, specifically Power BI
- Strong understanding of database systems such as Oracle, Maximo, and PMIS
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Experience in developing workflows and protocols
- Knowledge of lean principles for workflow improvement
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
Responsibilities
- Organize and cleanse data for analysis and presentation
- Improve data collection, storage, and reporting processes
- Interpret trends and insights from data and present findings
- Collaborate with data specialists to define dashboard requirements
- Manage and maintain asset inspection, contractor, and maintenance documentation
- Maintain accurate asset and engineering data
- Perform data trend analysis to support asset performance monitoring
- Produce performance reports highlighting KPIs and trends
- Assist with change requests, data migration, testing, and system updates in EAMS
- Develop EAMS workflows and protocols for the Engineering Services team
- Provide administrative support for the Engineering Services team
- Utilize lean principles to streamline workflows and improve information management
- Support BHCs Digital Transformation Programme
