Responsibilities
- Assure that business and project management processes are followed within the engineering functional team
- Support the engineering functional team to maintain a credible annual and multi-year workload, resource management, and financial plan
- Monitor and control any deviations to the plan
- Launch internal resourcing and external engineering resource supplier activities in line with the plan
- Manage activities in full compliance with policies and processes
- Promote a mindset of anticipation to identify and act on potential risks and opportunities
- Proactively manage the collation and reporting of key performance indicators
- Provide guidance and mentoring to our engineering community on business and project management
- Deputize for engineering functional leaders in governance reviews on financial, resourcing, and performance topics
- Onboard and mentor new team members
- Support the implementation of best practices and new ways of working for continuous improvement and harmonisation
Description
