Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech-driven environment
- Strong understanding of product development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders
- Experience with user engagement strategies and mobile app product management
- Background in consumer technology or e-commerce is a plus
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and strategy for discovery and engagement within the Influenster mobile app and web experience
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for key areas of the Influenster platform
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of innovative features
- Maintain the integrity and scalability of the existing platform while delivering improvements
- Increase mobile app engagement and user growth through strategic feature enhancements
- Act as a critical connection point influencing cross-functional teams and executives
- Champion a flexible, iterative process to continuously improve team workflows
