Customer Enablement Specialist

- Assist customers to define workflows, ensuring they align with their unique business requirements and objectives - Design and deliver onboarding and training programmes to ensure customers are trained effectively for success on the platform - Conduct in-person and online training tailored to different user roles and industries - Deliver ongoing workflow support and feature training across our product suite, driving user adoption and fostering growth within accounts - Create user guides, tutorials, knowledge base articles, and videos to enable our customers to get the most out of the platforms - Track feature requests from customers, working with SAAS vendors and product teams to deliver to roadmap - Learn new product features and translate them into effective customer training initiatives - Establish and document workflows and customer use cases for internal use for Sales, support, and marketing - Assist in pre-sales product demos to help win new business - Maintain customer-facing product documentation that helps users learn features and best practices - Work with Account Managers to provide the right enablement materials at key points in the customer journey - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, Account Management, professional services, and engineering to ensure that customer expectations are being met - Continuously expand your knowledge and stay current with all new product feature developments to become an expert in all base Software-as-a-Service products and workflows - Host product workshops to deepen customer expertise and share best practices
