Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience delivering AI, automation and integration solutions at scale
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Dynamics 365 and Copilot
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience designing secure, governed and compliant technology solutions
- The ability to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions
- A collaborative, values-led approach aligned with Barnardos mission
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Barnardos AI and Integration strategy, aligned with organisational, DDaT and ethical standards
- Identify and champion opportunities for AI, automation and integration that deliver measurable value
- Lead the design, implementation and scaling of AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI
- Ensure AI solutions are transparent, secure, and compliant with safeguarding and data protection requirements
- Lead scalable, secure integrations using Azure Integration Services, APIs, webhooks and CI/CD pipelines
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for AI, automation and integration

This full-time, hybrid position may require occasional travel to London, primarily focused on enhancing service delivery and improving operational efficiency to support our mission of transforming the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
