Technical Product Owner

I expect you to stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery. As an Assistant Vice President, you will consult on complex issues and provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues. Identifying ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies and procedures to support control and governance will be part of your responsibilities. You should take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to our work, performing tasks that require understanding how various areas coordinate to achieve organizational objectives. Engaging in complex analysis of data from multiple internal and external sources will be essential to solve problems creatively and effectively. Clear communication of complex information will be crucial, and you will need to influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
