Responsibilities
In the role of Senior Software Engineer, I will lead efforts to monitor and maintain our bank’s critical technology infrastructure while resolving complex technical issues to minimize disruptions. My accountabilities will include providing technical support to resolve issues for specific clients, developing a support model, and executing preventative maintenance tasks on both hardware and software. I'll utilize monitoring tools and metrics to identify potential problems to ensure optimal performance. I will maintain a knowledge base for reference and support self-service opportunities, analyze system logs and user reports to determine root causes of issues, and implement resolutions. My responsibilities will also involve automating processes to enhance stability and efficiency, actively tuning monitoring tools, and assessing service impacts to manage risks proactively.
