Requirements

Must:
- Advanced experience with MS Intune and Group Policy configuration, designing, implementing, and optimizing policies at scale. - In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Win11) and associated security tools such as desktop antivirus and encryption technologies. - Practical experience with M365 services, including proficient use of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). - Advanced skills in device performance monitoring and diagnostics, with the ability to identify and resolve systemic issues. - Working knowledge of MacOS to support a diverse endpoint landscape. - Strong understanding of laptop/desktop hardware configuration and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and application of industry-standard service practices in an enterprise environment. - Key skills in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for service management to resolve complex issues for specific clients or groups of clients. - Develop and improve the support model and service offerings to enhance customer service. - Execute preventative maintenance on hardware and software, utilizing monitoring tools to identify and prevent potential issues. - Maintain a knowledge base of detailed documentation for resolved cases to promote future reference and self-service opportunities. - Analyze system logs and user reports to identify root causes of issues and provide resolutions through hardware fixes or software changes. - Implement automation and monitoring enhancements to drive stability, capacity management, and business continuity. - Identify and address service-impacting risks and issues, raising them through appropriate processes where needed. - Actively tune monitoring tools and alert thresholds to promptly identify issues as they arise.
