Must:
To be successful as a Run & Operations Engineer, I am looking for candidates with the following experience:
- C-CURE Programming & Commissioning – Certified Levels 1, 2 & 4 within version 3.0 (essential).
- Genetec SC-OTC-001 – Advanced knowledge required for seamless security system integration.
- End-to-end experience managing C-Cure & Genetec systems—from programming through to mapping, including expertise in queue management.
Additional highly valued skills may include:
- Proven experience in Access Control and CCTV.
- Experience working across multiple time zones, dealing with vendors and teams in different regions.
- Knowledge of Physical Security infrastructure and experience with technical implementations at an Enterprise level.
- Knowledge of other Physical Security products and service offerings, including mobile building access.

Responsibilities
As a Run & Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that support the safeguarding of our systems and sensitive information.
- Providing subject matter expertise on security systems and engineering patterns.
- Developing and implementing protocols, algorithms, and software applications to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Managing and protecting secrets, ensuring secure generation, storage, and usage.
- Executing audits to monitor, identify, and assess vulnerabilities in our infrastructure/software, and supporting the response to potential security breaches.
- Identifying advancements to support the innovation and adoption of new cryptographic technologies and techniques.
- Collaborating across the bank, including with developers and security teams, to ensure that cryptographic solutions align with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions and systems.
