Run & Operations Engineer

In this role, we expect you to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions, leading a team to perform complex tasks that impact the entire business function. You will set objectives, coach employees towards achieving those objectives, and conduct performance appraisals. For those in leadership positions, we expect you to demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviors that create an environment in which colleagues can thrive. If you are an individual contributor, you will lead collaborative assignments, guiding team members through structured tasks and identifying the need for including other specialists to achieve project outcomes. You will consult on complex issues, provide advice to support the resolution of escalated matters, identify ways to mitigate risk, and develop new policies/procedures in support of our control and governance agenda. Responsibility for managing risk and strengthening controls will be a key part of your work, along with collaborating across areas to align with business strategies and objectives. You will engage in complex data analysis from multiple sources to solve problems creatively, communicate complex information, and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
