- Certification as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with formal or informal training.
- Experience working in finance, banking, or fintech environments.
- Hands-on product knowledge, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment of applications, engineering on Linux and Windows operating systems, or working with database caching products such as Redis or GridGain.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilize our knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
- Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with relevant stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable, and secure.
- Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
- Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimization that meet our performance standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
Description
As an Assistant Vice President, you will be expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness while collaborating closely with other functions and business divisions. You will lead collaborative assignments and guide team members through structured assignments, identifying the need for the inclusion of other areas of specialization to complete projects. You will consult on complex issues, provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues, and identify ways to mitigate risk while developing new policies and procedures to support our control and governance agenda. Taking ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls will be crucial, as well as performing work related to other areas, requiring understanding of how those areas coordinate and contribute to achieving our objectives. You will engage in complex analysis of data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems creatively and effectively, and be able to communicate complex information clearly. Influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes will also be an essential part of your role.
