We are looking for a Migration Services Product Manager with proven experience in leading critical technology-driven products. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies within the Product Development Lifecycle, along with experience in Product Discovery, data analysis, and various delivery methods. Other highly valued skills include a strong understanding of modern infrastructure architecture (such as containerization, virtualization, and public cloud), as well as Site Reliability Engineering practices including metrics and observability tools. Experience in a finance, banking, or fintech company with an internal customer base is preferred. A Certified Product Owner credential is also desirable. We will assess candidates on key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, along with job-specific technical skills.

Responsibilities

As a Migration Services Product Manager, you will collaborate with product owners and technical teams involved in the product development process. Your goal will be to support and enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. You will provide subject matter expertise to facilitate collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development. You will also support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders and the development team. In addition, you will gather and prioritize product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility. You will focus on the continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance, monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimization, and stay updated on the latest industry technology trends to enhance product development and delivery.
